John is first, and foremost, a minister. He is also a husband, blogger, and musician. John spends lots of time with friends and family, spending time with his lovely wife, and 3 children: Mokey (cat), Molly (basset hound), and Harley (beagle). His biggest "guilty pleasure" is pro wrestling. Of his other loves: cigars, motorcycles, reading, computers, movies, music, and sleep.
John is a Connections Pastor and Worship Leader, and has been in ministry since 2000. He has spent his entire life preparing for God to use him in any way He wants. John's life verse is James 1:4, Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
I don’t often do this, but I am very proud of my lovely bride. She has a new blog over HERE. Please check it out. I think that you will see one of the MANY reasons why I married her…she is brilliant and I LOVE how her mind works….most of the time.

I have always loved Savannah, GA. And now that I live only a few hours away, I get to enjoy it more often. I LOVE this city. I love the squares, the Spanish moss, the Savannah River, and I love the nighttime vibe. If you ever get a chance to spend a few days in this beautiful southern city, I HIGHLY recommend it. And if you ask nice enough…Sarah and I may even give you a guided tour.
