This past weekend, I had the privilege of speaking at Church of the Suncoast. I spoke on Communion. I have not spoken at theSuncoast before, so I was a little nervous. Add to that, several volunteers were either out of town or they, or their kids, were sick at home. There was a LOT of ball juggling this weekend. I was concerned that things were not gong to go well, and that i would drop one, or more, of those balls.
Then I remembered that God would always be there and in control. So my part would actually be very small.
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. – Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
So I stepped on stage, and spoke boldly and I found out this morning that someone accepted Jesus Christ.
What is it that you are worried about? What fears are holding you back? What area(s) of you you life are trying desperately to old on to, and failing miserably?
God is with you right now, reminding you to let go… His faithfulness with meet your faith and God will provide.
