I found an amazing idea over at Tim Ferris’ BLOG, and I feel inspired to join him in a 30 Day Complaint Fast. He got the idea from acomplaintfreeworld.org, and before you tune out because it’s a Christ Church UNITY, they have a really STRONG idea. I am also asking YOU to join WITH me!
30 Day Complaint Fast
For the next 30 days, I (and YOU) will refrain from complaining, griping, bit@#ing, and all other forms of being negative. And if I (you) mess up, the 30 Day Coplaint Fast starts all over again.
So, are you with me? Please leave a comment and let me know that I do not stand alone in this campaign against complaints. I am looking forward to seeing how it changes my life, and those people around me.

ok, i guess i need to start over… ALREADY! you just cant ask someone to cut a $5k check and expect it cut now. An oversight on their part doesn’t constitute an emergency on my part… that was the problem and the complaint that set me back today. ARGH! I’ll do better tomorrow. do staff meetings count? I guess i’ll figure a way to “suggest” stuff instead of bringing a problem or complaint to the table… man… i’m pathetic sometimes!
Michelle – it’s a process, trust me I am in the same boat you are. BUT, I am trying to re-train my brain to NOT complain as much.
